START AND FINISH
The start and finish line of Helsinki Night Trail is located under the auditorium of the Helsinki Olympic Stadium (Paavo Nurmen tie 1, Helsinki).
RACE OFFICE AND BIB NUMBERS
Race office and bag storage are located inside the Helsinki Olympic Stadium (Paavo Nurmen tie 1, Helsinki).
At the race office you can pick up your bib number or make a late registration.
Opening hours on race day:

REGISTRATION
Online registration to the event is now closed.
LATE REGISTRATION
Late registration is possible at the race office on race day between 18.00-20.00.
TIMING
Electronic timing system will be used. Please place the bib number on your chest on the front and keep it visible especially when arriving at the finish, in order to get your time.
Maximum running time is 2,5 hours.
CUT OFF:
To reach the finish line within the maximum running time, participants must reach the CUT OFF points in time. The CUT OFF point is located at the hydration station. First CUT OFF point is at 21:25 (located at approx. 3,6 km), second CUT OFF point is at 22:35 (at approx. 9,0 km). Being late for these CUT OFF points leads to DNF and the participant will be transported to the finish area by the organiser.
FIRST AID
First aid is available in the finish line area.
Emergency number is 112.
REFRESHMENT STATIONS
There will be one hydration station on the route, offering water and sports drink.
At the finish line we offer water and sports drink and well as other refreshments from our partners.
CHANGING ROOMS AND TOILETS
There will be changing rooms, toilets and showers available for runners at the Helsinki Olympic Stadium.
BAG DROP
The bag drop is free for all runners and is located near the race office. You will collect your belongings by showing your bib number, so keep it safe if you have a bag in the storage.
Opening times for the bag drop: 18.30-23.00.

RIGHTS TO PHOTOS AND VIDEOS
Event organizer will have full rights to publish the photos and video material taken during the event. We will also release pictures and videos in our social media channels.

CANCELLING YOUR PARTICIPATION
No cancellations of participation are required, unfortunately it’s not possible to get a refund.
TRANSFER OF PARTICIPATION
It is possible to buy transfer insurance, which allows you to transfer the registration to next year’s Helsinki Night Trail or use the paid amount for another event participation. The price of transfer insurance is 10 euros.
If transfer insurance has not been acquired at the time of registration, the customer has the right to transfer the registration for the event to another person for a transfer fee of 10 euros, but not the right to transfer the registration to another event or to the following year.
The organizer will not refund the paid registration fee under any circumstances.
1. Transfer to another person
You can transfer your participation to another person (until 4.4.2025) for a transfer fee of 10 euros.
Note: Registration paid with sport vouchers cannot be transferred to another person.
2. Transfer to next Helsinki Night Trail (requires transfer insurance)
If the participant has purchased transfer insurance at the time of registration, it is possible to transfer participation to the next year’s event by 10.4.2025.
3. Transfer to another event (requires transfer insurance)
If the participant has purchased transfer insurance at the time of registration, it is possible to transfer the entry for another Runner’s High’s event (until 10.4.2025). After the transfer request your registration will be cancelled, and you will get a discount code worth the same amount of money you paid for your registration.
How can I transfer my participation?
When transferring your participation to another event or person, or to next year, please contact tapahtumat (at) runhigh.fi with following information:
-Name of the original participant
-Name of the person who will make the new registration (if participation will be transferrer to another person)
-To which event the transfer will be made
After the transfer request you will get more detailed instructions by email.
FORCE MAJEURE
If the event has to be cancelled or cannot be held due to a force majeure, you are entitled to a refund of the registration fee. You must request the refund from the event organizer within 30 days of the organizer’s announcement of the event’s cancellation. However, the organizer is not responsible for any delays or damages resulting from the event’s cancellation or postponement due to force majeure, and you are not entitled to compensation for any additional or useless expenses incurred, such as accommodation or travel costs. Force majeure is an event or occurrence beyond the control of the organizer which the organizer could not reasonably be expected to have taken into account at the time of the conclusion of the contract or to have avoided or overcome it or its consequences. Force majeure comprehends both natural disasters and events such as civil unrest, risk to general safety, orders of public authorities or other superior force that prevents the organizing of the event.
PARKING AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
There are paid parking areas near the Olympic Stadium, but the area is also well served by public transport. More info: www.hsl.fi.
