We follow actively the coronavirus-situation in Finland and act accordingly.
Following the current regulations the event is postponed to autumn.

Helsinki Night Trail 2021 will be run on 15.10.2021.
Start time is at 19.30.

Distance: about 13k
Competitive series: Men, Women, M50, W50
Besides there is a series for other-gender.
RACE OFFICE AND BIB NUMBERS
Race office and bag storage are located next to the Start line at Paloheinän maja. Address: Pakilantie 124, Helsinki.
At the race office you can pick up your bib number or do late registration.
Opening hours: on the race day: 17.30-19.00.
Registration to the event is open until 13.10. After that see “late registration”.

Late registration is possible at the race office for 50 €.

Electronical timing system will be used. Maximum running time is 2,5 hours.
First aid will be located in the finish line area.
Emergency number is 112.

There will be one hydration station on the route. More detailed information coming later.
CHANGING ROOMS AND TOILETS
Changing rooms and toilets will be located at the start in Paloheinän maja.
There are no changing rooms/toilets at the finish.
The bag drop is free for all runners. You get the bag only for showing your bib-number. The bags will be transferred from the start to the finish.
Opening times for the bag drop: 18.00-22.30.

RIGHTS TO PHOTOS AND VIDEOS
Event organizers will have full rights to publish the photos and video material taken during the event. We will also release pictures and videos in our social media channels.
CANCELLATION OF PARTICIPATION
No cancellations of participation are required. We will not refund your participation fees in any circumstances.
TRANSFER OF PARTICIPATION
It is possible to transfer your participation to
1. Next Helsinki Night Trail
With a medical certificate transfer to the next year’s race is possible against a transfer fee of 5 EUR until 1.10.2021. After that transfer fee is 10 EUR. Transfer has to be made no later than 13.10.2021.
2. Another person
You can transfer your participation to another person (until 13.10.2021). After transfer request your registration will be cancelled, and you will get a discount code worth the same amount of money you paid for your registration, and that discount code can be used when new person will make a registration. If the registration fee is less than 5 € higher when the transfer request is made, then discount code will be 5 € less than the current registration fee.
Note: Registration paid with sport vouchers cannot be transferred to another person.
3. Another event
You can also transfer the entry for another Runner’s High event in year 2021 until 13.10.2021. After transfer request your registration will be cancelled, and you will get a discount code worth the same amount of money you paid for your registration, and that discount code can be used when new person will make a registration. If the registration fee for the event in question is less than 5 € higher when the transfer request is made, then discount code will be 5 € less than the current registration fee.
How can I transfer my participation?
When transferring your participation to another event or person, or to next year, please contact tapahtumat @ runhigh.fi with following information:
- Name of the original participant
- Name of the person who will make the new registration (if participation will be transferred to another person)
- To which event transfer will be made
After the transfer request you will get more detailed instructions by email.
If the event has to be cancelled or it cannot be organized due to force majeure, the organizer is not liable for paying back any registration fees. The organizer is not liable for any delays or damages that are caused by the cancellation or postponement of the event due to force majeure. Force majeure is an event or occurrence beyond the control of the organizer which the organizer could not reasonably be expected to have taken into account at the time of the conclusion of the contract or to have avoided or overcome it or its consequences. Force majeure comprehends both natural disasters and events such as civil unrest, risk to general safety, orders of public authorities or other superior force that prevents the organizing of the event.
PARKING AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
We recommend you to arrive by public transportation as the start and finish are located in different places.
